中小学职前教师家校合作能力量表的编制及信效度检验

Development of Pre-service Teachers' Competence of School-Family Partnerships and Its Validity and Reliability

  • 摘要: 家校合作是教育改革的重要组成部分,也是教师专业能力的重要内容,而编制相关量表对中小学职前教师家校合作能力的培养具有重要意义。在梳理相关文献和咨询专家的基础上设计原始量表,多次施测修订量表,采用相关分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对量表的信效度进行检验。结果表明,中小学职前教师家校合作能力量表包含技能、知识和态度3个维度,共21个题目,累积贡献率为67.438%, 各条目因子负荷为0.548—0.890。验证性因子分析表明, 3因子结构模型拟合良好。效标效度检验显示,家校合作能力总分及各因子得分与师范生职业认同以及职业使命感总分呈正相关。家校合作技能、知识和态度3因子的Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.703、0.794、0.799,重测信度分别为0.629、0.615、0.735。问卷的信度和效度均符合心理测量学的要求,可以作为测评中小学职前教师家校合作能力的工具。

     

    Abstract: The aim of this study is to develop a scale of School-Family Partnerships Competence of Pre-service Teachers in primary and secondary schools. Based on reviewing relevant literature and consulting experts, the original scale was designed and revised multiple times. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested using correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The scale contained 21 items, including three dimensions (skills, knowledge, and attitude), which explained 67.438% of the variance variation; the factor load of each item ranges from 0.548 to 0.890; confirmatory factor analysis showed that the three factor structural model fitted well(2=488.296 df=186, RMSEA=0.074, CFI=0.915, TLI=0.904, SRMR=0.069); the total score and the scores of each factor were positively correlated with the score of Professional Identity and Professional Calling of normal university students (ICC=0.275~0.576, all p < 0.01). The Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the total questionnaire and three factors ranges from 0.628 to 0.799; the retest reliability (ICC) ranges from 0.615 to 0.735. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire meet the requirements of psychometrics and can be used as a tool to evaluate the competence of school-family partnerships of pre-service teachers in primary and secondary schools.
