粤港澳大湾区教师教育协同发展的价值、困境及改进策略

The Possibility, Reality and Prospect of the Coordinated Development of Teacher Education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

  • 摘要: 粤港澳大湾区教师教育协同发展是湾区建设所需、区域教师教育合作共赢所需、探索教师教育发展新模式所需。当前粤港澳大湾区教师教育协同发展仍有许多亟待解决的问题:协同发展的长效机制尚未建立;协同发展的治理运作存在差异;新型合作形态尚未成型。因此,要从协同发展的理念、原则和路径三个角度出发,探讨粤港澳大湾区教师教育协同发展策略。

     

    Abstract: The collaborative development of teacher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is required by the construction of the bay area, the win-win cooperation of regional teacher education, and the exploration of new modes of teacher education development. Currently, there are still many problems to be solved in the collaborative development of teacher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: the long-term mechanism of collaborative development has not yet been established; there are differences in the governance and operation of collaborative development; and new forms of cooperation have not yet taken shape. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the strategy of the collaborative development of teacher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the perspective of the concept, principle and path of collaborative development.
