Abstract: Marxism emphasizes that the people make history and the people should be considered the highest purpose, that is, "people first". The Communist Party of China further implements the people-first purpose as the people-first value. The century-long development of the Communist Party of China is the century-long history of struggle for realizing the value of the supremacy of the people. The important reason why the Chinese people took the road of socialism at the time of national peril is that the Communist Party of China, which led the Chinese revolution, is the party that upholds the supremacy of the people and seeks the highest happiness of the people. The Chinese people have achieved the great leap of standing up, becoming rich and becoming strong. The important reason is that the Chinese Communists who lead the revolution and construction have always practiced the value concept of the supremacy of the people.
