Curriculum Integration: The Key Path and Support System for the Integration of Vocational and General Education in the New Era

  • 摘要: 推进职普融通服务高质量发展是建设教育强国的重要任务。从职普融通的实践来看,其存在三种可能路径:基于学校融通的职普融通,旨在创建独立或联合的新形态学校;基于学制融通的职普融通,意在构建职普教育的“立交桥”;基于课程融通的职普融通,强调教育性与职业元素相互渗透。职普融通的关键在课程,职普课程融通是推进新时代职普融通的关键路径,要以课程融通推进新时代职普融通的价值实现。在此过程中,需要充分考虑学习者学习时间与能力有限性这一逻辑前提,理解课程融通的内在基础是重构课程知识秩序,落实“三教”改革的融合实践行动。推进职普课程融通是一项复杂的系统工程,需要国家“不缺位”,提供完整的制度性支持;企业“不错位”,加大完整的专业性支持;社会“不越位”,强化完整的环境性支持;学校“不退位”,深化完整的自主性支持。

     

    Abstract: Promoting the integration of vocational and general education to serve high-quality development is an important task in building a leading country in education. From the practice of vocational and general education integration, there are three possible paths. Based on school integration, vocational and general education integration aims to create independent or joint new forms of schools; the integration of vocational education and general education based on the integration of educational systems aims to build an "overpass" for vocational education and general education; the integration of vocational and general education based on curriculum integration emphasizes the mutual infiltration of educational and vocational elements. The key to the integration lies in the curriculum, and the integration of vocational and general education curriculum is the key path to promote the integration of vocational and general education in the new era. The value realization of vocational and general education integration in the new era should be promoted through curriculum integration. In this process, it is necessary to fully consider the logical premise of learners' limited learning time and ability, and understand that the internal foundation of curriculum integration is to reconstruct the knowledge order of the curriculum and implement the integration practice action of the "3T"(Teachers, Textbooks, and Teaching Methods) reform. Promoting the integration of vocational and general education courses is a very complex systematic project that requires the state to provide complete institutional support without being absent. Enterprises should not be misplaced and increase comprehensive professional support. Society should not overstep its bounds and strengthen complete environmental support. The school will not abdicate and deepen its complete support for autonomy.
