Abstract: Historical initiative refers to the conscious awareness, independent spirit, and unique practice of historical subjects in grasping the overall trend of history, perceiving historical laws, leading the direction of history, and promoting historical progress. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, based on the internal logic of reform evolution, timely pushed reform into a further stage of comprehensive deepening, and established the principles, methods, and practical directions for further comprehensive deepening of reform. This has highlighted the historical initiative of the CPC. The historical initiative of the CPC is generated based on historical consciousness and confidence, reflecting the inherent qualities of the Party as a mission-oriented political party. It interprets the spiritual code of the CPC's path to success from one dimension and has become an important spiritual symbol of the CPC.
