Abstract:
As the culmination of generative artificial intelligence, text-to-video models are reshaping the paradigms of digital content production and the mechanisms of public opinion dissemination. While enhancing the efficiency and expressive forms of content generation, they also introduce a multitude of ideological risks concerning political orientation, value systems, and public discourse guidance. Therefore, it is imperative to conduct a profound analysis of the ideological attributes of text-to-video models from the perspectives of their technological genesis, narrative logic, and social embeddedness. This involves specifically deconstructing the generative mechanisms of their ideological risks and systematically exploring pathways for collaborative governance that integrate algorithms, platforms, institutions, society, and content. Such efforts will provide theoretical support and practical guidance for regulating the development of artificial intelligence and safeguarding our nation's ideological security.
