类型·融通·贯通:职普融通视域下学生评价改革的立体建构

Type-Integration-Connectedness: A Stereoscopic Construction of Student Evaluation Reform in the Perspective of Vocational Education and General Education Integration

  • 摘要: 随着职业教育与普通教育之间类型关系的确立,学生评价改革重心也应从强化二者类型属性推至实现等值融通。然而,当前类型化、融通化、贯通化程度不深的问题同时存在于职业教育和普通教育学生评价中,二者人才培养深陷专业性不强、复合度较低、层次性缺乏等困境。将职普融通“类型—融通—贯通”三重核心属性系统融入学生评价改革关于“谁来改—改什么—如何改”等要素可知,从全纳到协同的主体构成、从并行到交互的内部体系、从差异到融通的保障条件是对改革理论图景的生动描绘。未来应紧扣改革要素落实所需,通过健全改革行动主体的引入与培育机制、构筑改革内部要素的落地与革新机制、完善改革保障条件的共建与共享机制,以学生评价改革的落实助推职普融通的落地。

     

    Abstract: With the establishment of the type relationship between vocational education and general education, the focus of student assessment reform should also be pushed from strengthening the type attributes of the two to realizing the equivalence and integration. However, both vocational and general education student evaluations currently suffer from superficial typology, integration, and connectivity, and talent cultivation faces issues such as weak "professionalism", low "compound degree" and lack of "hierarchy". By integrating the triple core attribute system of "type-integration-connectedness" into the elements of student evaluation reform, such as "who should change - what to change - how to change", we can see that the main composition from inclusive to collaborative, the internal system from parallel to interactive, and the guarantee conditions from difference to accommodation are vivid descriptions of the theoretical picture of reform. In the future, we should closely follow the implementation of the reform elements, through improving the introduction and cultivation mechanism of the main reform actors, constructing the landing and innovation mechanism of the internal elements of the reform, and perfecting the joint construction and sharing mechanism of the reform guarantee conditions, so as to boost the implementation of the reform of students' evaluation and promote the implementation of the vocational-universal integration.
