表现性评价赋能职前教师教育实习评价改革:框架设计与发展路向

Performance Assessment Empowers the Evaluation Reform of Pre-service Teachers' Educational Internship: Framework Design and Development Orientation

  • 摘要: 表现性评价为职前教师教育实习评价改革提供了条件,也为教育实习评价的创新发展带来了新的机遇。针对当前教育实习评价存在的内容不完善、标准操作性差、忽视过程和反馈滞后等现实问题,构建了表现性评价赋能教育实习评价的实践框架,包括:确定适合表现性评价的目标、构建情境化的表现性任务系统、收集基于表现的证据、实施多元主体协同评价、强化反馈与应用。在实践框架的基础上,进一步提出了表现性评价赋能教育实习评价改革的三大实践路径,即更新评价理念,营造良好的评价文化氛围;评价标准迭代,建立动态化的能力评价体系;技术深度融合,构建虚实结合的智能评价生态。

     

    Abstract: Performance-based assessment provides conditions for the evaluation reform of pre-service teacher educational internship and brings new opportunities for the innovative development of educational internship evaluation. This article identifies key issues in current internship evaluation, including incomplete content, lack of process focus, vague standards, and ineffective feedback. To address these challenges, a practical framework is proposed, featuring scientific evaluation standards, performance task systems, evidence-based assessment, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and improved feedback mechanisms. Building on this framework, three reform paths are suggested: fostering a positive evaluation culture, integrating technology to build an intelligent assessment ecosystem, and developing dynamic evaluation standards for continuous improvement.
