Comprehensively promoting the construction of the "Great Ideological and Political Course" is a systematic project. It is essential to deeply grasp the "systematic" meaning of the construction of the "Great Ideological and Political Course" in the new era, and examine the main problems in the construction of the "Great Ideological and Political Course" from a systematic perspective, therefore to empower the practical path of the construction of the "Great Ideological and Political Course" with a systematic concept at the four levels of "Tao", "Approch", "Technique" and "Tool". By using a systematic perspective to understand laws, examine contradictions and clarify measures, the construction of the "Great Ideological and Political Course" can achieve a systematic, dynamic and effective approach.
