The Civilizational Narrative of the Governance Logic of "People-Centered" Promoting "AI for Good"

Abstract
The inherent mutual construction between artificial intelligence technology and the times is leading humanity into an era of intelligent interconnection of everything, where "humans, machines, and objects" are integrated. Promoting AI for Good is not only important for the healthy development, paradigm innovation, and application creation of artificial intelligence technology, but also for the existence of human beings innovating, applying, and coexisting with technology. Because artificial intelligence is an important technology that has both "enabling" and "replacing" properties, it is necessary to grasp the essence of artificial intelligence and its socio-historical effects from a historical materialist perspective, starting from the needs of "real and historical humans" in our time. This will enable us to promote "AI for Good" from the perspective of things, and also to open up the human dimension of "AI for Good". Starting from the three dimensions of the history of human technological creation, the realistic history of technological application, and the possible future history of technology, the governance logic of "AI for Good" promoted by implementing the concept of "people-centered" is less a practical approach for humanity to deal with intelligent technology today, and more a civilized reflection on the governance of human innovative technologies in the age of artificial intelligence.
