Abstract
The application of internet and information technology has greatly changed the supply of traditional public services. For the society, the use of digital technology reduces the cost of organizational operation and improves the efficiency of organizational operation. For the elderly, the interpenetration of internet technology and public services improves the accessibility and convenience of public services. However, digitalized public services also bring some social problems. The digital gap makes some elderly and disabled people with low-level education difficult to access the digital world. Through the intervention strategies of families, communities and social organizations, the ability of the elderly to get integrated into the digital world has been greatly improved.
