Abstract
As an important team in school education, psychological teachers betray obvious bad emotions due to unclear subject attribution, unclear job responsibility, unsatisfactory work achievement and poor self-development. At the same time, they have a professional style which features rich feelings, eagerness to learn and innovativeness. With the method of educational ethnography and within the theoretical framework of emotional regime, the emotional management of psychological teachers in the working system and their emotional performance in the communication system are described. It is found that management and performance are the typical forms of emotional labor of psychological teachers in schools. In conclusion, under the current school structure, management and performance are the strategies of emotion and courses of action whereby psychological teachers consciously integrate themselves into the society.
