Abstract

The epidemic of the COVID-19 pneumonia raged and became a major psychological trauma event,which not only caused the negative physical and mental reactions of the injured individuals,but also brought a lot of medical and economic losses to the society and the country,and caused huge pressure and heavy burden on public health.Based on the psychological service work of the COVID-19 pneumonia in China,this article firstly systematically introduces the public health model of psychological trauma preven-tion and intervention that is emerging in the world.It includes three systems of primary universality,secondary selectivity and tertiary indicative,plus four levels of individual,relationship,community and society.Then the following suggestions are proposed for future work:to promote the combination of psychological trauma prevention and intervention with public health action,to construct a hierar-chical psychological trauma intervention for different degrees of trauma exposure system,to strengthen the standardized management of trauma psychologists and encourage collaborative cooperation,and to encourage the establishment of domestic trauma psychology service and research systems.
