Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms and Conscious Construction of Four Dimensions of Community

Community is the inherent essence of socialism. To keep and practice it in a relatively implicit way, we have adhered to public ownership, common prosperity and common ideals, and emphasized harmonious society, common interests and shared development since the reform and opening up. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and China has made great achievements through the reform and opening up. However, at the same time, China is facing many challenges and risks, such as "five kinds of coexistence" in the national work, ecological imbalance, social differentiation, regional differentiation, and "four deficits" in the international environment. Therefore, we propose to reform deeply in an all-round way, and meanwhile highlight the community dimension of socialism more consciously. We put forward and construct the community of the Chinese nation, the community of common destiny for all mankind, the ecological community and the community of social governance, making a lot of significant progress in comprehensively deepening reforms. Besides, we need to make the socialist community more clear and build more concrete communities through innovation, which is still an important issue of the times.
