Analysis on the Resource Discovery Path in Community Participation——Taking the F Street Community Mutual Aid Association as an Example

The realization and presentation of effective community participation depends on the available community resources. In China's community governance, there are common phenomena of weak residents' participation, which are closely related to the scarcity of participation resources. This study, from a resource perspective, explores the path of resource discovery in community participation, taking the resource discovery practice of the F Street Community Mutual Aid Association in Q City as an example. The results show that expanding the resource discovery path of resource hub organizations, leveraging the government's leading role in community resource allocation, and constructing a diversified and multi-level community resource supply system are viable paths to alleviate the shortage of community participation and finally overcome the challenges of community participation.
