Corporate Compliance in the Perspective of Business Environment Optimization

These problems seriously affects the orderly construction of orporate compliance and the comprehensive optimization of business environment. Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade corporate compliance construction to a national strategy, promote balanced development of various types of corporate compliance, clarify the power boundary between public power organs, encourage enterprises to participate in compliance construction independently, and increase income and reduce expenditure of public compliance service. In this way, the construction of business environment can be comprehensively optimized to benefit the sustainable development of China's economy and society.
