"Rural Coupling": Resolving the Paradox of Digital Technology Empowerment in Rural Ecological Revitalization

Abstract
As a key driver of rural ecological revitalization in the new era, digital technology has encountered the dilemma of "digital suspension" becoming disconnected from local contexts and resulting in the awkward situation of "visible data but invisible change". This "digital suspension" dilemma arises from three tensions between digital technology logic and rural governance in terms of technical adaptation, institutional construction, and stakeholder participation. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve technical application adaptation from "knowledge integratio"to "human-machine collaboration", promote institutional restructuring from "rigid supply"to "elastic symbiosis"and optimize stakeholder interaction from "technological substitution"to "knowledge complementarity", thereby realizing a fundamental transformation from "suspension"to deep "coupling"between digital technology and rural ecosystems, and truly resolving the paradox of digital technology empowerment in rural ecological revitalization.
