New Exploration of "Han System"—On the "Han Cheng Qin Zhi" and "Han Jia Fa Zhou" in the Early Period of the Western Han Dynasty

Because of the demands of the political and economic situation, the Western Han Dynasty inherited and transformed the old Qin system during its early period, on the basis of which the system innovation mainly stemmed from the Zhou etiquette system transformed by Confucian scholars, and took the patriarchal blood superiority as an important part of the "Han system", forming the system framework of "Han Cheng Qin Zhi" and "Han Jia Fa Zhou". This political system reconstructed the relationship between the Han state and the grass-roots society, and adapted to the Han dynasty's domination of the vast territory of Guan Dong.
