Abstract
The sustainable development of enterprises should not only enhance the internal competitiveness of enterprises, but also benefit the surrounding areas, drive the economic and cultural construction and development of the region where the enterprises are located, and produce extensive social benefits. When employees perceive servant leadership, they will show community citizenship behavior, which means that servant leadership is significantly positively correlated with employees' community citizenship behavior. When service-oriented leaders show service behavior, they can effectively stimulate employees' psychological empowerment and pass on the service consciousness and behavior mode. In other words, servant leadership can increase employees' community citizenship behavior by strengthening psychological empowerment, which plays an intermediary role between servant leadership and employees' community citizenship behavior.
