Realistic Predicament and Educational Path of the Sense of Professional Honor of Primary and Secondary School Teachers

  • 摘要: 提升中小学教师职业荣誉感是提高中小学教师职业吸引力、加强教师队伍建设的重要内容。现阶段,中国中小学教师职业荣誉感日渐式微,表现为社会尊重感低落、职业认同感失衡、职业成就感明显不足。这一现实境遇与经济资本、社会支持不足及重大教育事件等外部因素所带来的教师的相对剥夺感、声望困境、职业共情、职业高原反应等有关,更与教师的心理资本、教育情怀、师德修养等关系密切。基于此,教师职业荣誉感的涵育路径应多维并举:尊师重教,激发教育情怀;优化制度,聆听教师诉求;充实载体,精神物质并重;德术双修,重塑教师形象。

     

    Abstract: Promoting the sense of professional honor of primary and secondary school teachers is an important part of improving the professional attraction of teaching in primary and secondary schools and strengthening the construction of teaching staff. At present, the sense of professional honor of primary and secondary school teachers in our country is declining, which is manifested in the low sense of social respect, the imbalanced sense of professional identity and the obvious deficiency of the sense of professional accomplishment. This realistic circumstance is related to the relative deprivation, prestige dilemma, professional empathy and professional altitude sickness of teachers, which are caused by external factors such as the lack of economic capital and social support, and the major educational events. It is also closely related to internal factors such as teachers' psychological capital, educational feelings and ethics. On this basis, teachers' sense of professional honor should be cultivated multidimensionally: respect teachers and stimulate their educational feelings; optimize the system and listen to teachers' demands; enrich the carriers and attach equal importance to spirit and material things; cultivate both morality and skills to reshape the image of teachers.
