The Synergistic Relationship and Path Exploration in the Development of China's Digital Trade

  • In recent years, China's digital technology has made continuous breakthroughs in some key areas and the digital transformation of the government and enterprises continues to advance. These have promoted the continuous growth of China's digital economy and provided good opportunities for the growth and structural improvement of China's digital trade. The coordinated development of digital trade, digital technology and digital economy will promote the diversification of digital trade objects and the expansion of content and improve the efficiency of digital trade. At the same time, the synergistic relationships between digital trade participants, between the supply side and the demand side of digital trade and between digital trade and technological innovation of enterprises influence and interact with each other, increasing the overall synergistic effect of "1+1>2" entailed by the digital trade system. Therefore, China should improve the policy system for digital trade development, make good use of the advantage in digital technology, promote the digital transformation of enterprises and build a global industrial value chain so as to promote coordinated high-quality development of digital trade.
