新时代教师研究热点:“德”“誉”相济,“酬”“劳”并重

Hot Topics of Teacher Research in the New Era: "Virtue" "Reputation" "Remuneration" and "Labour"

  • 摘要: 十八大以来,中国坚持教育事业优先发展,教师队伍建设成为新时代教育发展的核心议题,以此孵化出的学术研究形成了较为稳定的“德”“誉”相济、“劳”“酬”并重的格局。围绕“德”,研究重心从内涵辨识转向现实关注,重点突出师德建设举措;围绕“劳”,教师工作强度成为学界关注的重要问题;围绕“酬”,在历史性、比较性视野中勾勒出中国中小学教师工资待遇的整体图景与针对性举措;围绕“誉”,多维勾勒中国教师社会声望。但与此同时,重复性研究较多,对部分重要论题关注不够等局限性也是显而易见的。

     

    Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, China has insisted on prioritizing the development of education, and the construction of teachers has become a core issue in the development of education in the new era, which has led to the formation of a relatively stable academic research system of "virtue", "reputation", "remuneration" and "labour". On "virtue", the focus of research has shifted from identification of connotations to practical concerns, with emphasis on teacher moral building initiatives. On "labour", teachers' work intensity has become an important issue of concern to academics. On "remuneration", the overall picture of the salary and benefits of primary and secondary school teachers in China and the targeted measures have been outlined in a historical and comparative perspective. On "reputation", the multi-dimensional teacher social prestige in China has been outlined. Despite the achievements, the limitations of teacher research, such as the vast number of repetitive studies and the insufficient attention to some important topics, are obvious.
