从规训到引导:权力-空间视角下的师生关系及其重构

From Discipline to Guidance: The Relationship between Teachers and Students from the Perspective of Power Space and Its Reconstruction

  • 摘要: 权力是观照师生关系的一个重要视角,空间是权力的一个重要维度。从权力-空间视角出发,作为权力关系的师生关系是一种形塑主体的模式,其运作在根本上依托教育空间。教育空间既形塑师生作为主体的形象、关系和生存方式,也被师生所改造和生产。现实的师生权力-空间关系呈现出一种规训与反制的对抗形态,它败坏了权力之于教育的意义。恢复“权力”之为“引导”的本有意涵,师生权力-空间关系将呈现出一种共生的样态,师生的成长与其所处的教育空间将一同获得丰盈。

     

    Abstract: Power is an important perspective for observing teacher-student relationships, and space is an important dimension of power. From the perspective of power space, the teacher-student relationship as a power relationship is a model of shaping the subject, and its operation fundamentally relies on educational space. The educational space not only shapes the image, relationship, and way of life of teachers and students as the main body, but also is transformed and produced by teachers and students. The power spatial relationship between teachers and students in reality presents a confrontational form of discipline and opposition.It undermines the significance of power in education. The inherent meaning of restoring power as a guide, the power spatial relationship between teachers and students will present a symbiotic pattern, and the growth of teachers and students will be enriched together with their educational space.
