Abstract:
SU Shi's dietetic poems mainly refer to his specialized poems on diet, as well as those that mention diet. Starting from the different types of "place" in SU Shi's dietetic poems, this study further explores the deep relationships between diet and place through the dietary practices and interactions depicted in the poems, and fully understands the difficulty and complexity of SU Shi's establishment of local identity through diet. This is an attempt to analyze poetry in the Song Dynasty from the perspective of the relationship between people and place. It helps to reveal the relatively overlooked significance of SU Shi's dietetic poems in the past. There is also some inspiration for analyzing those poems in the Song Dynasty that focus on daily life.
