Abstract:
Psychological construction has gradually become an important component of social governance in China, and more and more psychological service talents are joining the work of grassroots social governance. Many local governments actively guide psychological service organizations to participate in social governance from the perspective of functional innovation. During this process, two types of psychological service organizations, local acquaintance type and imported type, have shown different development paths, industry styles, and operational mechanisms. Psychological service organizations led by imported talents usually focus on standardized business processes, rigorous technical skills, and hierarchical operations. However, they lack closer social connections with the local community, coupled with time constraints in completing project based tasks, making it difficult to take advantage of more opportunities to familiarize themselves with local folk life and cultivate sufficient local emotions. The effectiveness of community psychological services can sometimes be compromised. Although psychological service organizations led by local acquaintance talents need to further improve their professional strength and intervention effectiveness, such organizations pay more attention to strengthening local identity advantages, are good at leveraging the familiar value of the community, are committed to mutual cooperation, and can also achieve ideal community psychological service results. The above two types of psychological service organizations have a certain competitive relationship, but they also play a complementary role. Making good use of their functions can help improve the level of community psychological services.
