教师“活化教学”能力的素质结构探讨——教育化知识的视角

On the Quality Structure of the Teachers′ Ability for ″Activating Teaching″: A Perspective of Educational Knowledge

  • 摘要: 伴随人工智能时代的到来,教育界自身需要勇敢摆脱传统知识教学,特别是事实性知识主导的窠臼。在事实性知识主导转变为方法性知识主导的趋势下,教师“活化教学”能力是教育成败的关键,而教师“活化教学”能力的生成又紧密关联教育化知识形式的研究进展。因此,教师教学应把知识“活”出智慧、“化”为人格,理解教育化知识形式的内涵,明了知识生产、课程编制、教学实施、学生理解这四重课程知识生成转化路径,掌握课程交互生成特性,并构建教师“活化教学”能力的“人—能—文—智”素质结构。

     

    Abstract: With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence, the education sector needs to bravely get rid of the traditional way of knowledge teaching, especially that of fact knowledge teaching. In the trend from fact knowledge leading to method knowledge leading, the teachers′ ability for ″activating teaching″ is crucial to the success or failure of education, and the generation of the teachers′ ″activating teaching″ ability is closely related to the progress in the research on educational knowledge form. Therefore, teachers should turn knowledge into wisdom and personality. They need understand the connotation of educational knowledge form and the four-fold paths of knowledge generation and transformation: knowledge production, curriculum preparation, teaching implementation and students′ understanding. They need master the characteristics of curriculum interaction and construct the quality structure of ″human, energy, culture and intelligence″ of ″activating teaching″.
