Abstract:
Promoting the sense of professional honor of primary and secondary school teachers is an important part of improving the professional attraction of teaching in primary and secondary schools and strengthening the construction of teaching staff. At present, the sense of professional honor of primary and secondary school teachers in our country is declining, which is manifested in the low sense of social respect, the imbalanced sense of professional identity and the obvious deficiency of the sense of professional accomplishment. This realistic circumstance is related to the relative deprivation, prestige dilemma, professional empathy and professional altitude sickness of teachers, which are caused by external factors such as the lack of economic capital and social support, and the major educational events. It is also closely related to internal factors such as teachers' psychological capital, educational feelings and ethics. On this basis, teachers' sense of professional honor should be cultivated multidimensionally: respect teachers and stimulate their educational feelings; optimize the system and listen to teachers' demands; enrich the carriers and attach equal importance to spirit and material things; cultivate both morality and skills to reshape the image of teachers.
