Abstract:
At a critical time when the Party and the country are comprehensively revitalizing teacher education, conducting an effectiveness study on Normal Professional Accreditation that has just entered the orbit stage is a form of thinking based on a formative meta-evaluation perspective. This paper constructs a meta-evaluation standard system for Normal Professional Accreditation around the "design-process-result" three-dimensional analysis framework from the "fact" and "value" levels, following the logical order of "level-dimension-criterion". Based on empirical investigations of more than 500 stakeholders, the results of multi-level analysis using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show that the effectiveness of Normal Professional Accreditation at this stage is between "general" and "better", and there are still urgent problems to be improved while the effectiveness of Normal Professional Accreditation is basically recognized.
