Abstract: Xi Jinping's important exposition on "the People's Position" centers on the historical questions of "who I am", "who I work for" and "who I rely on" and profoundly clarifies the fundamental, directional and strategic major issues in the party's governance practice. The exposition is characterized by a way of generation that combines inheritance and reality, a content system that combines epistemology, ontology and the dynamic theory; a way of content construction that integrates value and purpose, and a wide vision that puts domestic concerns in a global perspective. This four-fold logic presents the most prominent political character and the most distinct value core of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era on different dimensions and constitutes the logical framework of Xi Jinping's important exposition on "the people's position". An overall grasp of the exposition is conducive to deepening the understanding of Xi's series of important expositions on the topic and avoiding the fragmentation and one-sidedness of relevant understanding and research. It is also the theoretical and practical need to fully understand and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and unite the whole Party with the people of all ethnic groups in our endeavor.
