孟子舜孝叙事中的亲情、正义和超越三原则

On the Three Principles of Kinship, Justice and Transcendence in Mencius Shun's Filial Narration

  • 摘要: 清黄小坪《百孝图记》中的舜孝思想虽然引用了孟子的“大孝”说,但二者是有差异的。不同于贯穿《百孝图记》中感应和感动的观念,《孟子》关于舜孝的叙事所包含的哲学问题比较丰富,涉及亲情、正义和超越三原则的考量。孟子肯定了亲情原则的价值并对此有着自己的坚守。在亲情和公义两难问题上,孟子认为公义的原则对亲情之爱的限制是有限的。在孟子心目中,政治义务是有界限和限制的,自我“终身欣然”的价值高于政治义务的价值。孟子承认人承载天命,具有超越政治性的一面。当然,最好的情况是得兼,在“尽心”“尽性”的心境支配下尽人伦,包括亲情伦常和君臣伦常。对这些问题深入研究有助于准确把握先秦儒家的相关思想,厘清理论疑难和现实应用的困惑。

     

    Abstract: Although Shun Xiao in the book of hundred filial piety quotes Mencius's theory of "Great filial piety", there are differences between the two ideas of filial piety. Mencius is more inclined to believe that filial piety is not Poker Face to parents, it must have an emotional response, and will show it on the outside. Mencius disagrees with the Poker Face of parenthood, and with the idea that we are too close to each other to be ourselves. Mencius demonstrates his commitment to family values. On the dilemma between kinship and justice, Mencius argues that the principle of justice has limited limits on kinship and can not alter the order between parents and children due to changes in social status. In Mencius's view, political obligations have limits and limits, and the value of a "Lifetime of cheerfulness" for the self is higher than the value of political obligations. Mencius acknowledges that there is a side to man that transcends politics. Of course, the best case is to have both, in the"Heart", "To do" under the control of the state of mind to do human relations, including the family relationship and the emperor and subjects. A thorough study of these problems will help us grasp the relevant thoughts of pre-qin confucianists and clarify the theoretical difficulties and practical puzzles.
