Abstract: In contemporary society, science fiction as a literary form is of great significance to social development and revaluation of human nature. Judging from the global evolution of science fiction, the genre often warns the world by describing disasters and makes people think about major social issues, which has a strong warning effect on humanity. Nowadays, new technologies emerge one after another, bringing various conveniences to human beings as well as causing deficiencies of social mechanisms in some aspects. In this regard, science fiction, which combines scientific rationality and humanistic spirit, can provide spiritual healing for people. The warning and healing functions of the genre reflect the universal values of human beings and deserve special attention.
