粤港澳大湾区教育合作发展的价值与策略

On the Value and Path of Educational Cooperation and Development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

  • 摘要: 推动教育合作发展是中共中央国务院对粤港澳大湾区建设的重要组成部分和战略设计。粤港澳大湾区教育合作发展具有多方面的价值蕴意,但应引起重视的是增强港澳青少年对祖国的归属感和认同感、实现三地教育理念和制度的创新、提升大湾区核心竞争力和为中国教育领域改革探索经验。粤港澳大湾区教育合作发展应在坚持“一国两制”基本原则的基础上,克服“两种倾向”、做好“三个加强”和重视“四条路径”。

     

    Abstract: Promoting educational cooperation and development is an important part and the strategic design of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. The educational cooperation and development in the area has many value implications, among which the most important ones are the improvement of the sense of national identity of Hong Kong and Macao teenagers, the realization of the blending of their educational concepts and systems, the enhancement of the core competitiveness of the Greater Bay Area and the exploration of experience for the reform of education in China. In the process of promoting the educational cooperation and development, the Greater Bay Area should adhere to the guiding principle of "one nation, two systems", overcome "two tendencies", do a good job of "enhancing three kinds of construction" and attach importance to "four paths".
