This series of changes put forward new ability requirements for technical and skilled talents, specifically including innovation and entrepreneurship ability, cross post employment ability, digital application ability, emotion adjustment ability, universal adaptability, lifelong development ability, etc. Faced with the challenges of the digital economy on the job market, and the new requirements of the job market for technically skilled personnel.
