香港地区反就业性别歧视法律制度研究——以《性别歧视条例》为例

Analysis of the Legal System of Anti-employment Sex Discrimination in Hong Kong——Based on the Sex Discrimination Ordinance

  • 摘要: 就业中产生的性别歧视引发了越来越多的社会问题,日益引起社会大众的关注。中国香港特别行政区反歧视立法起步较早,且走在亚洲前列。以1995年港英政府颁布的《性别歧视条例》为切入点,分析香港地区反就业性别歧视的立法背景、主要内容,并评价其优势和不足,以期为中国目前的反就业性别歧视立法提供可借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: Sex discrimination in employment has caused more and more social problems, so it has increasingly attracted the attention of the public. The anti-discrimination legislation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China started early and stood in the forefront of Asia. Based on the Sex Discrimination Ordinance promulgated by the Hong Kong Government in 1995, the author analyzes the legislative background and main content of anti-employment sex discrimination in Hong Kong and evaluates its advantages and disadvantages, attempting to provide a reference for Chinese legislation of current anti-employment sex discrimination.
