Abstract:
Decent work and quality employment has internal consistency, to achieve decent work for the protection and improvement of people's livelihood and promote social harmony and progress, to achieve the dream has a pivotal role in China. In order to explore the impact on the quality of workers to achieve the level of decent work。It mainly focuses on evaluating the degree of its realization and exploring the factors from general human capital and specific human capital behind after making a field survey of 130 enterprises and 2600 employees in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhongshan. Explore the common factors from the perspective of human capital and labor dedicated human capital, the results showed that: workers receive decent work to achieve the level of educational attainment, total years of work, knowledge of the law have, in the post office for enterprises and service life as well as in-service training significantly affect the rate of union membership; although the impact of generic human capital and human capital dedicated to achieve decent work surfaces are significant, but the impact of a dedicated human capital is more obvious.
