劳动者素质对体面劳动实现水平的影响研究————基于广州、深圳、中山三地企业的数据调查

  • 摘要: 体面劳动与高质量就业有着内在一致性 ,实现体面劳动,对于保障和改善民生、促进社会和谐进步,实现中国梦有着举足轻重的作用。为探究劳动者素质对体面劳动实现水平的影响,本文根据在广州、深圳、中山对130 家企业和2600 位劳动者的体面劳动实现水平调研数据,构建体面劳动测量模型。从劳动者通用人力资本和专用人力资本的角度探讨影响因素,结果表明:劳动者体面劳动实现水平受到教育程度、工作总年限、拥有的法律知识、在岗职务、为企业服务年限和在岗培训情况以及企业工会成员率的显著影响;虽然通用人力资本和专用人力资本对体面劳面实现的影响均显著,但专用人力资本的影响更明显。

     

    Abstract: Decent work and quality employment has internal consistency, to achieve decent work for the protection and improvement of people's livelihood and promote social harmony and progress, to achieve the dream has a pivotal role in China. In order to explore the impact on the quality of workers to achieve the level of decent work。It mainly focuses on evaluating the degree of its realization and exploring the factors from general human capital and specific human capital behind after making a field survey of 130 enterprises and 2600 employees in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhongshan. Explore the common factors from the perspective of human capital and labor dedicated human capital, the results showed that: workers receive decent work to achieve the level of educational attainment, total years of work, knowledge of the law have, in the post office for enterprises and service life as well as in-service training significantly affect the rate of union membership; although the impact of generic human capital and human capital dedicated to achieve decent work surfaces are significant, but the impact of a dedicated human capital is more obvious.
