Abstract: Dawn Blossoms Plucked at Dusk, a masterpiece of Lu Xun, reflects the rich and distinct emotional structure of Lu Xun, which belongs both to the author and to his time, symbolizing the struggle and effort of a generation of intellectuals. As for its meaning, Dawn Blossoms Plucked at Dusk points to a dialectical relationship between construction and deconstruction: on the one hand, he criticizes the mechanism whereby the cheap characteristics of the nationals are generated; on the other hand, he emphasizes rebuilding a new Chinese people and country. As for its poetic quality, he likes a 3-level structure, which is really impressive.
