Abstract: In the 20 years since Macao's return, the orientation of Macao's development has become clearer and clearer, and the economy has developed well; however, the industrial structure of 'gambling industry accounts for a large proportion' has not been fundamentally changed, and the business cooperation service platform between China and Portuguese-speaking countries has not yet been substantially established. In the days to come, Macao's economic construction should follow the logical path of urban development, building 'One Center' with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and building 'One Platform' relying on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The countermeasures are as follows: establishing the overall view of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's economic development, simultaneously promoting the construction of 'One Center' and 'One Platform', improving and connecting the infrastructure of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and so forth.
