论思想政治教育的关切法则

On the Law of Concern in Ideological and Political Education

  • 摘要: 关切法则是思想政治教育方法论的基本原则。关切法则的实施,是沟通思想政治教育主体间关系并形成教育共同体的关键因素。关切法则包括三个环节,即关切理解、关切共建和关切引导。关切理解,是指思想政治教育工作者通过各种方式充分了解教育对象的关切内容,并以此作为依据调整工作方案;关切共建,是指在关切理解的基础上,根据思想政治教育预设的关切内容与教育对象所关切的内容,建构思想政治教育者和教育对象共同关切的领域、问题和目标;关切引导,是指思想政治教育工作者在充分理解教育对象关切内容和关切动因的基础上,引导教育对象的关切行为,改变其关切动因和关切内容,从而帮助其建立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。关切法则的实施对于提升思想政治教育效能具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The law of concern is the basic principle of the methodology of ideological and political education. The implementation of the law of concern is the key to the relationship between ideological and political education subjects and the formation of an educational community. The law of concern consists of three parts: understanding, collaboration and guidance. Understanding means that ideological and political educators fully understand the concerns of the educational objects by various means and adjust their work programs based on them. Collaboration means constructing the field, problem or target that are concerned about by both the subjects and the objects of ideological and political education that, based on the preset content and objects of ideological and political education. Guidance means that ideological and political educators should guide the behavior of the educational objects and change their motivation and content so as to help them establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. The implementation of the law of concern is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
