  • 摘要: 教师考核管理是完善大学内部治理、激发教师创新活力、提高大学质量水平的关键抓手。南洋理工大学教师考核评价既具有世界一流大学的共性经验,也具有结合学校自身特色的个性实践。构建中国特色现代大学教师考核管理制度,要针对现阶段教师考核管理工作中的突出问题,深入对比分析中国和西方发达国家世界一流大学的历史、文化与现实差异,从程序方法、对象区分、内容指标、机制设计、组织实施、结果运用等多个维度统筹布局和精心设计。

     

    Abstract: Teacher assessment management is a crucial means for improving the internal governance of the university, stimulating the teachers' vitality for innovation, and elevating the quality of the university. The teacher assessment management of Nanyang Technological University reflects not only the common experience of world-class universities but also the experience of individual practice combined with its own characteristics. To build a system of modern university teacher assessment management with Chinese characteristics, the focus should be placed on solving the outstanding problems in the current teacher assessment management, comparing and analyzing in depth the differences in the history, culture and current situation between universities in China and the first-class universities in western developed countries and formulating an overall layout and elaborate design in terms of procedure and method, object differentiation, content index, mechanism design, organization and implementation, and result application.
