Abstract:
Based on the conservation of resource theory, this paper explores the impact of the three dimensions(value consistency, demand-supply fit and demand-ability fit) of person-organization fit on the job satisfaction of young college teachers, and the mediating role of work-family balance in this path. Taking 229 young teachers as the research objects, the above relationship is tested by multiple regression analysis. The results show that the three dimensions of person-organization fit all have significant positive effects on the job satisfaction of young college teachers, the demand-supply fit with the strongest effect and the demand-ability fit with the weakest effect; moreover, all three types of "fit" can increase job satisfaction through promoting work-family balance.
